Happy Mother’s Day!

I decided it would be fun to post pics from the past of three of the women in my family to whom I want to say “Happy Mother’s Day” today.

To Mother:

To 1st Daughter with 1st Grandchild born 2000 (can’t find pic of 1st Daughter pregnant):

To 1st Daughter pregnant with 2nd Grandchild born 2003:

To 2nd Daughter pregnant with 3rd Grandchild born 2008:

I also want to say “Happy Mother’s Day” to all women who have truly shown the heart of a mother by loving a child and helping that child grow – whether the child was born from you, adopted by you, brought to you through marriage, or nurtured by you in a classroom or other situation.

  1. Being a mother is not defined as a “physical, biological process.” It is an attitude and a grace that can be practiced by everyone – men and women, who choose to love and nurture a child and bring them up in the way they should go. My hats off to mothers everywhere. What a job, but the rewards are infinite!
