I’ve always thought that was a cool and ingenious concept! Never used it myself, but someday we might. I understand the color is non-toxic and biodegradable, so no harm done. And some can even come with fertilizer built in!
This stuff worked great for me. It evidently had some weed seed in it also. Yuck!

Maybe you could use food coloring to change the color. 🙂
