Sometimes I have a little gas. According to Dr. Douglas A. Drossman on webmd.com, body gas is normal:

But I don’t think gas on the brain is normal – at least for most people. I have realized that I must have gas on the brain. I know this because I keep having brain farts.
In fact, I had a brain fart just this morning.
I use coffee creamer in my coffee. Fake creamer – not the stuff kept in the refrigerator, but the powdered stuff. It does the job, and I don’t have to worry about it ruining. In fact, I don’t think it can ruin. You know – preservatives and all.
I do keep my coffee creamer in a fancy little bowl with a lid. It looks very pretty next to my coffee pot. Of course, I have to refill the bowl periodically. And that’s where I ran into trouble.
I went to get a fresh cup of coffee and realized that the bowl of coffee creamer was empty. I took the jar (plastic bottle?) of coffee creamer out of the cabinet and opened it so I could pour coffee creamer into the little bowl. But instead of pouring coffee creamer into the bowl, I poured it into my coffee cup. Yikes!
As I said, I like to have coffee creamer in my coffee. But this was a little much!
Ahhhhh – another brain fart.
well….at least brain farts aren’t as ..um…fragrant!!!!! bet your coffee was smoooooooth!
True – brain farts don’t stink. The coffee was actually kind of grainy tasting. 🙂
